• After getting of the subway please use the underground passage to get to our hotel
• Pass through the Jamsil Station ticket gate and head towards Exit 3
• Go straight through the passage between Lotteria (left side) and the Lotte Department Store (right side)
• Follow the "LOTTE HOTELS" sign above your head
• When you see the "Hotel Lobby/Charlotte" sign take the stairs or the elevator on the right hand side and get off at 1st floor

How to use the hotel parking lot

• Go down the left lane in front of the hotel entrance to enter Zone H (hotel parking lot).
• In case the parking lot is full, please follow the instructions of our staff at the hotel entrance.

* When the Zone H is full, please park in the Zone A, Zone D or Zone M and use the shuttle bus to conveniently get to the hotel.
