Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted online by March 26, 2027.
  • Abstract and Video must be written in clear English and presented in English.
    • Title : A concise title less than 200 English characters including spaces
    • Abstract title should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract.
    • Abstract Structure : Background-Methods-Results-Conclusions
    • Length of Body : no longer than 300 words
  • After the review, the form of presentation will be determined as ‘Oral presentation’ or ‘Poster exhibition’.
    • If you refuse to convert to ‘Poster exhibition’, please be sure to check the checkbox when submitting the abstract.
    • If the submitted poster is excellent, it may be converted to an ‘Oral presentation’.
  • If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, it means we have no record of your submission.
  • If you want to be sure that you made a submission, check the e-mail address that you used to make your submission.
  • Presenting authors must register for the meeting through the website and attend the conference in person and give their presentation.
  • Please make sure to submit any abstracts according to the instructions written above.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Acceptance will be notified on Tuesday, January 16, 2027. Please check the allotted number for each poster.
  • All the Presenters will be guided about their presentation date & time, and any specific guidelines for the session after acceptance.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please notify us via email at (info@aota2027.com) with your Abstract Number, Abstract Title, Affiliation, and Presenting Author’s Name.
  • Please note that if your abstract is withdrawn, our abstract book and website are marked with WITHDRAW.
