1. Oral Presentation
   • Each oral presentation is allotted 7 minutes for the talk, followed by a 3-minute Q&A, totaling 10 minutes per presenter.
2. Presentation File Format
   • Set your slides to a 16:9 aspect ratio.
   • Use standard fonts such as Arial and Times New Roman.
   • Images should be in JPG, GIF, or BMP format.
   • Video files should be in WMV, MPEG, or AVI format.
3. Presentation File Submission (Preview Room)
   • Please bring your presentation file on a USB memory stick to the onsite preview room at least 2 hours before your scheduled session time.

All presenters are required to have the presentations at the congress venue (Lotte Hotel World)

1. Poster Sessions Schedule
   • Date: August 25-27, 2027 (posters will be displayed throughout the congress)
   • Venue: Lotte Hotel World(B1), Seoul, Korea
2. Poster Size
   • Maximum poster size: 80 cm (W) × 120 cm (H)
   • Poster board size: 100 cm (W) × 180 cm (H)
3. Poster Set up & Removal
   • Presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their posters according to the schedule.
   • Any materials left after the removal time will be discarded, and the organizing committee will not be responsible for them.
   • Adhesive tape will be provided.
   • Poster printing and mounting services are planned to be provided for a fee, primarily for participants coming from outside Seoul or from overseas.
